Under the Heating and Cooling Upgrades Program provided by the Victorian Government, low-income and vulnerable households are eligible to apply for a rebate to upgrade gas heaters, electric heaters, wood heaters and no heating with energy efficient electric reverse cycle split systems. Any owner-occupier household with a concession card, or with a combined household income of less than $90,000, can apply for their $1,000 rebate directly from Solar Victoria from July this year.
